Libeskind Shop is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping—including tariffs, taxes, and brokerage fees—are the sole responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGES, LOSSES & LIABILITY

Libeskind Shop is not liable for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, all responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping provider.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We strongly recommend selecting an insured shipping service at checkout.

Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods until your claim has been resolved.
